No-IP Plus FAQ 
Can I use my own domain name with No-IP?
Upgrading to No-IP Plus Managed DNS lets you use your own domain name(s) with No-IP. Login to your free no-ip.com account and add your domain names. Then go to the manage my domains section and check the domains you want activated.
