No-IP Plus FAQ 
Even after 12 hours, my domain registrar still won't let me change my DNS servers to yours, what's wrong?
Some registrars specify SOA values that must be used with your domain when transferring DNS servers. Our DNS servers use lower values, to allow faster updates. If your registrar is saying it can't complete the transfer because of this, please e-mail support@no-ip.com with these SOA values, and we will update them for your domain, while the transfer is completed.
