No-IP Plus FAQ 
I've changed my DNS servers to No-IP, but my domain still isn't working?
Please allow up to 72 hours for the DNS transfer to be completed. ISP DNS servers need to update their records for your domain, so they know to contact our servers. This may take as little as 12 hours for some ISPs, and as long as 72 for others. If after 72 hours, your domain still isn't working, please contact support@no-ip.com.
