Mail FAQ 
My mail server is back online, but Backup MX/Mail Reflector has not delivered my e-mail, where is it?
Our mail servers will try to deliver based on a schedule. Click here to see a list of retry times. Please note that the longer your server is offline, the longer until the next retry period. For example, the first retry is after 400 seconds, but the next one is 1200 seconds after that.
Note: Please make sure that your server is truly functional when you put it back online. If your server is responsive but explicitly rejects, for any reason, a message we try to deliver then that message will bounce. We don't keep copies of bounced emails.
