Mail FAQ 
Why can't I send with Reflector?
Reflector service only provides inbound smtp service. For outbound smtp (sending mail) use your ISP's smtp server. For most mail servers you can set up a smarthost to which you forward all your outgoing mail. Please refer to your mail servers documentation on how to setup a smarthost.
