Dynamic DNS FAQ 
I've added a hostname and it doesn't work yet.
Additions and changes take up to one minute to become live on our primary server and up to 5 minutes to become live on our backup DNS servers. Also, make sure you can connect to your server using the IP address, instead of just your hostname to rule out any possible network configuration issues on your end.
